THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that respondent Andhra Bank is merged with Union Bank, as such, necessary amendment is required to be made.
Learned counsel for the appellant should carry out necessary amendment and thereafter fresh notice be issued with amended cause title.
Respondent shall file opposition within four weeks with advance copy to the appellant who may file rejoinder within two weeks thereafter.
