THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Counsel for the Respondents No. 6, 7 and 8 submits that Respondent No. 4 died on 16th June, 2021 while Respondent No. 5 died on 16th January, 2019. Learned Counsel further submits that he will provide details of the legal representatives to the Appellant within a week.
Appellants should file substitution application within three weeks. Notices to the proposed legal representatives be issued. Affidavit of Service be filed within two weeks thereafter.
