Learned counsel for the respondents-Borrowers submits that he has filed an application being I.A. No. 32/2022 for refund of the amount, which was deposited with the Bank.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Auction Purchaser submits that the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Patna has already issued a direction for refund of the amount, which has been deposited by the auction purchaser.

Learned counsel for the appellant states that the appeal Dy. No. 178/2020, which is listed today, is also connected appeal, in which reply is to be filed. Let the same be filed by the next date and pleadings be complete by the next date fixed, so that the matter may be heard.
