THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Vide Notification dated 4th of March, 2020, published in the Gazette of India, New Delhi, under the Amalgamation Scheme of 2020, United Bank of India amalgamates with the Punjab National Bank.
Learned Counsel to carry out necessary amendment in the array of parties within a week. Thereafter, fresh notices be sent to Respondents No. 1 and 2 and file Affidavit-ofservice be filed within two weeks.
List on 3rd April, 2023 for disposal of the applications for condonation of delay in filing the appeal and waiver from pre deposit.
