THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned senior counsel for the appellant submits that rejoinder is ready, but certain paragraphs are to be added.
I have seen the records, it shows that number of occasions time were granted to the appellant to file rejoinder. However, last opportunity is granted to the appellant to file rejoinder within a week subject to payment of Rs.5,000/- (Five Thousand) as costs to be deposited to the State Legal Authorities. If rejoinder is not filed within the stipulated time liberty for filing rejoinder shall stand closed.
