Present: Shri D. N. Awasthi, counsel for the appellant,
Vide order dated 30.05.2023, the matter was directed to be proceeded ex-parte against the respondents, but today Shri Maneesh Mehrotra, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-bank, stating that he has recently been engaged on behalf of the respondent-Bank and further submits that the documents could not be received from the earlier counsel, therefore, some time may be granted to argue the case.
