THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL
Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that a meeting of the joint consortium of Bank is scheduled to be held on 28th April, 2023. It is further submitted that Appellant has arranged some funds for settlement with the Banks.
Opposed by the Learned Counsel for the Respondent on the ground that no proposal for settlement is pending. Further, keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, the matter is adjourned.
List on 5th June, 2023 for disposal of waiver application.
