THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appellant is auction purchaser who does not know the details of the borrowers. Respondent should provide the details of the borrowers to the Appellant within 15 days. Thereafter Appellant should move an application for impleadment of the borrowers in compliance of the order dated 20th March, 2023.
