As per office report dated 19.12.2023, the reply on behalf of the respondent nos. 3 & 4 has already been filed.
As per order of this court dated 22.05.2023, the right of the respondent nos. 1 & 2 to file reply was closed, but today the learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 & 4 submits that he has received the vakalatnama on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 & 2 also, therefore, he prays that the order dated 22.05.2023, by which the right of the said respondents to file reply was closed, may be recalled and they may be permitted to file their reply.
In view of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the order dated 22.05.2023 is hereby recalled to the extent of closure of right of the respondent nos. 1 & 2 and they are directed to file reply within three weeks from today after serving a copy of the same upon the counsel for the appellant, who may file rejoinder within two weeks thereafter.
