THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
At the very outset Learned Senior Counsel, Mr. Joy Saha, placed an order of the Hon’ble High Court for the State of Telengana at Hyderabad dated 10th July, 2020 passed in Writ Petition No. 9808 of 2020 wherein the Hon’ble High Court has stayed operation of the impugned order of this appeal passed by Learned DRT-II, Hyderabad on 6th March, 2020 in S.A. 182 of 2020.
Learned Counsel submits that the stay order is still in force and in such circumstances it would not be appropriate to proceed with the appeal.
