THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Counsel for Respondent places copy of the judgment dated 19th January, 2023 passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Telangana in Writ Petition No. 20885 of 2011 whereby the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the Appellate Tribunal to dispose of the appeal on merits.
Learned Counsel for the Appellant, Mr. Nemani Srinivas, submits that on the basis of the instruction received from the Appellant, he endorsed on the Memo of Appeal that the Appellant is not pressing the appeal.
In view of the above submission, the appeal, being Appeal No. 241 of 2013, is dismissed as not pressed.
Pending I.A.s, if any, also stand dismissed, being infructuous. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
Copy of the order be supplied to Appellant and the Respondent Bank and a copy be also forwarded to the concerned DRT.
