Copy of memo along with urgency application has been served upon the counsel for the respondent-bank today in court, who prays for some time to obtain instruction.
Learned counsel for the appellant has filed urgency application on the ground that pursuant to the order impugned, the Bank officials are harassing the appellant for recovery of the amount.
After hearing the learned counsel for the appellant, no good ground is made out in the urgency application for expediting the matter. Accordingly, the urgency application being I.A. No. 413/2023 is rejected. Let the case be listed on the date already fixed for 25.08.2023.
