THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

Perused the orders of the Hon’ble Calcutta High Court dated 12.07.2023 passed in C.O. No. 3287 of 2022. In compliance of the orders of the Hon’ble High court, Respondent Nos.1 and 2 whose names were directed to be deleted by the order dated 31.08.2022 will continue to remain on record as Respondent No. 1 and 2. It is also recorded that name of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 were not deleted from the array of parties. Hence, no fresh amendment is required.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 who was earlier representing them submits that now she has no instruction on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 after the order dated 31.08.2022. Accordingly, fresh notices be issued to Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Affidavit of service be filed within two weeks.
