THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that he had approached the Bank in compliance of the order dted 19th January, 2023 but the Bank Officer asked him to come along with the Auction Purchaser.
It appears that Appellant himself has not complied with the order dated 19th January, 2023 wherein it was specifically order that the Appellant should give notice fixing a suitable date and time to the auction purchaser when he should approach the authorized officer of the Respondent Bank. If the Appellant is interested he should comply the order dated 19th January, 2023. If even after compliance of the order the auction purchaser did not come to Bank then the appeal could be heard on merits.
