Application for issuing notice for criminal contempt proceeding against the Authorised Officer. Learned Counsel has placed reliance upon letter dated 10th April, 2023 issued by the Authorised Officer of the Respondent No. 1, i.e. Punjab National Bank, wherein he has mentioned that “Hence it is suggestive of the fact that the aforesaid interim stay order has since been rendered ineffective”.
