Advocate for Petitioner/Appellant submitted, actually, there is no delay, as an abundant caution, this Application is filed. It is submitted, Order copy is received on 20.10.2021 and the Appeal is filed on 23.11.2021, two days delay from the date of receipt of copy of Order.
Advocate for Bank submitted that he would leave the matter to the discretion of this Tribunal.
Considering the reasons stated in the Affidavit filed in support of Petition and the fact that Petitioner/Appellant received Order copy on 20.10.2021, delay is condoned. IA 671/2021 (Delay) is allowed.
