THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
At the very outset Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that another SARFAESI Application, being S.A. 460 of 2019, filed by the Respondents is pending before the Learned Debts Recovery Tribunal, Visakhapatnam.
Learned Counsel for Respondents prays for and is granted time to know the latest position of the S.A.
List on 22nd June, 2023 for hearing.
In the meantime parties shall maintain status quo in respect of possession of the disputed property.
