This application is filed seeking refund of statutory deposit made as per orders of this Tribunal dated 15.9.2021 In IA 145/2020 (Waiver) for entertaining the Appeal.
Heard both sides.
Advocate for appellant submitted that matter is settled between parties and the amount deposited towards pre-deposit has to be paid to the respondent bank as an instalment.
Other side reported no objection.
Considering the reasons stated in affidavit filed in support of the petition, this application is allowed as prayed for and Registry shall refund the deposited amount with accrued interest, if any.
