I.A. No. 489/2022 is an application for condonation of delay of 11 days in filing the appeal. The impugned order dated 13.04.2022 stands challenged and the appeal was filed on 03.06.2022. The delay has been explained. There is no serious objection to the condonation of delay. Hence, the application is allowed.
The appeal shall be taken on file if there are no other defects to be cured.
