After hearing the Ld. Counsel for the parties for some time, it is understood that the State Bank of India is also a Respondent which has been served and there was an appearance for the State Bank of India. Thereafter, for some time, there is no appearance, though the Bank has not yet been made ex-parte. It is submitted that the counsel who was appearing for the State Bank of India demised and no other advocate has been entrusted to appear, and therefore, in the interest of justice, it is only appropriate that the notice be issued to the State Bank of India once again.
Post on 03.04.2023 for further hearing.
