Heard the learned counsels for the parties.
Learned counsel for the appellant contends that the only point to be considered in the present case is as to whether the auction can be held on 15th day as per law from the date of publication of the sale notice and no other question is involved in the present case.
Learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 submits that principle of waiver and estopple will apply in the present case and he does not dispute the contention as raised by the learned counsel for the appellant.
Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 3 submits that he has already filed his written submission.
