Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.
Learned counsel for the applicant has filed the present misc. application for direction to the Presiding Officer, DRT, Dehradun to decide the M.A. No. 05/2022 in S.A. No. 79/2020 within the time as stipulated by this Tribunal.
In view of the above, the present application stands disposed off with direction upon the Presiding Officer, DRT, Dehradun to consider and decide the M.A. No. 05/2022 in S.A. No. 79/2020, which is stated to be pending, in accordance with law most expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
