Al the Respondents have been served. Respondents Nos. 1 & 2 have appeared. The rest of the Respondents have not appeared despite service and hence, Respondents Nos. 3 and 4 are called absent set exparte.

The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that he has already filed a reply on the regular appeal and he has also filed I.A. No. 37/2023 seeking a restoration of possession of the property as ordered by the D.R.T.

The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellant Bank seeks time to file a reply on I.A. No. 37/2023.

Reply, if any, shall be filed within two weeks.

Reply to the stay application filed by the Appellant as I.A. No. 134/2022 shall also be filed within two weeks.
