The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that terms of settlement have been executed. As part of the settlement, the amount lying in pre-deposit together with accrued interest has to be released to the first Respondent Bank. And accordingly, the application filed by the bank for release of that amount is allowed and amount shall be released to the authorized officer of the bank on proper acknowledgement.
The Appeal is withdrawn in accordance with the terms of settlement.
The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
