Present: Shri Vandeep, counsel for the appellant, None for the respondent,
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the respondents are not appearing from several occasions, therefore, the appeal may be heard as the appeal is of year 2019.
It is further contended that the only ground on which the S.A. No. 554/2017 was allowed, was that the account was wrongly declared as NPA, which although was maintainable.
As prayed, list this case on 07.03.2024 for hearing.
