Heard advocate for appellant bank.
Advocate for appellant bank argued that consent letter of respondent and other documents for affixture, etc. are available with the bank, but, they were not considered by Tribunal below. It is very unfortunate to hear such an argument when Tribunal is expected to examine documents filed before it but not documents lying with party.
In view of above submission, Let General Manager of appellant bank appear before this Tribunal.
Post the matter on 10.4.2023 for appearance of GM of appellant bank.
