THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
It appears that the Appellants have not complied the order dated 25th April, 2023. Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that he is serving the copy of the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act along with the Paper Book to the Respondent’s Counsel today. It shows the dilatory tactics being adopted by the Appellant. Accordingly, the matter is adjourned to 3rd August, 2023 for disposal of Application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act as well as waiver application subject to payment of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) as cost to be deposited to the State Legal Services Authorities. Cost be paid within a week, failing which Application under Section 5
