Advocate for appellant sought time in spite of posting the matter today under the caption of ‘last chance’. Advocate for R1 bank opposed and submitted that appellant is taking time on one pretext or the other.
As seen from record, earlier also this matter was posted as last chance and also under the caption that no further adjournment will be granted. In spite of that, today advocate for appellant sought time on the ground that senior counsel is unwell.
Considering the same, matter is posted to 24.8.2023 making it clear that if appellant fails to proceed with Appeal on that day, Appeal shall stand dismissed.
