Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that he has no objection if the name of Respondent No. 1 is corrected. Accordingly, Power is filed on behalf of SMFG Finance Credit Company Limited which is taken on record. Necessary amendment be made in the memo of Appeal during the course of the day.
