THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Compliance of the order dated 17.11.2022 is made although the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. Appeal be registered as regular appeal by providing a regular appeal number. Opposition be filed within four weeks with copy to the Appellant who may file rejoinder within two weeks thereafter. Respondent Andhra Bank is merged with Union Bank of India. Necessary amendment be carried out within a week.
