This application is filed to implead DBS Bank Limited as R4 in place of The Lakshmi Vilas Bank Limited, i.e., R1 in IA 286/2022 (Restoration) in view of merger. Other side has no objection.
Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this application is allowed. Appellant shall carry out amendment in IA 286/2022 and also file an amended IA within 14 days from today.
Post the matter on 8.1.2024.
