IA 383/2023 (Extension of time):
This matter is coming up today for compliance of pre deposit of Rs.4,84,05,803/as per order of this Tribunal dated 13.9.2023 passed in IA 61/2023 (Waiver).
Advocate for petitioners/appellants represented that money could not be mobilized in time because of the sale notice issued by the respondent bank and for that reason a separate petition is filed seeking extension of time and requested three weeks further time to pay the amount.
For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, three weeks time is granted, as prayed for, to pay the amount i.e., till 18.10.2023.
Application IA 383/2023 (Extension of time) is ordered, accordingly.
IA 61/2023 (Waiver):
As per orders in IA 383/2023 (Extension of time), time is extended for payment of pre deposit amount till 18.10.2023.
Post the matter on 19.10.2023 for compliance of deposit.
