THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
I.A. 01 of 2023 is filed by the appellant for substituting legal representatives of respondent no.5, namely Kothapalli Venkateswara Rao, who died on 13.10.2021. Notice was issued to the proposed legal representatives no. 5a, 5b, 5c and 5d. Accordingly, I.A. 01 of 2023 is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out within a week.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in the meantime proposed legal representative no. 5c namely Kothapalli Naga Prasad also died on 29.11.2021. I.A. 217 of 2023 is filed for substituting proposed legal representative of 5c, Kothapalli Naga Prasad. Issue notice to the proposed legal representatives. Affidavit of service be filed within two weeks.
