The matter is taken up for hearing by way of praecipe filed by the Appellant for seeking urgent relief.
The application has come up for hearing on ‘speaking to the minutes’ to correct a typographical error which has occurred from the order of this Tribunal dated 26.05.2023. In para 4 of the Order, it is observed: “the order is not unmaintainable and it is therefore set aside”.
The said sentence shall read “I find that the order is not maintainable and it is therefore set aside”. The order shall be corrected accordingly. After calling for the certified copies issued, the copies shall also be corrected accordingly by the Registry
