Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.
The present appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against the interim order dated 25.09.2023 passed by the Tribunal below in S.A. No. 454/2023, whereby the interim stay granted in favour of the appellant has discontinued, against which the present appeal has been filed by the appellant.
After hearing the learned counsel for the appellant and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is of the opinion that there is no good ground made out by the appellant for interfering in the order impugned. Since the present appeal is against the interim order, therefore, the appellant may approach before the Tribunal below for redressal of his grievances, if so desired.
In view of the aforesaid, the present appeal is finally disposed off.
