Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the arguing counsel Shri Arun Prakash is indisposed today, therefore, he is unable to appear before this Court, hence he seeks adjournment.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that he has not been served with the copy of appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he shall serve the same upon the counsel for the respondent no. 1 during course of the day, who may file reply by the next date fixed.
Issue notice to the respondent no. 2 by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
