Present: Shri Ankur Gupta, counsel for the appellants, Shri J. K. Mishra, counsel for the respondent-Bank,
Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the amount due has been paid by the appellant to the Bank and no dues certificate has also been issued by the Bank, which has been produced before this court.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank states that he has no objection, if the appellant is permitted to withdraw the present appeal.
In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs.
