Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has already requested the Bank for sending instruction in the matter, which shall be received within a couple of days, therefore, 10 days’ time be granted to file reply/objection.
Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the Bank is pressing hard for taking physical possession of the property in question, therefore, the Bank be restrained from doing so.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank opposes the same, stating that no such action has been taken by the Bank. Therefore, no interim order is required to be passed at this stage.
In view of the aforesaid, let the counsel for the respondent seek instruction from the Bank and file reply/objection.
