The office report dated 31.10.2023 shows that no reply has been filed by the learned counsel for the respondent-Bank to the waiver application and the appeal is of year 2021. On the last occasion i.e. 12.04.2023, it was observed that in case the respondent-Bank fails to file reply, appropriate order shall be passed. Since no reply has been filed, therefore, right of the respondent-bank to file reply shall stand closed.
