Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on the urgency application being I.A. No. 572/2023 and misc. application being I.A. No. 573/2023.
For the reason stated in the urgency application, the same is allowed and the date already fixed for 08.08.2023 is preponed today.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that pursuant to the earlier order dated 24.04.2023 of this Tribunal, the steps could not be taken for service of notice upon the respondents. The learned counsel further submits that the recovery of huge public money is at stake and early issuance of notice is essential, therefore, the matter may be taken up today and three days time may be granted to take steps for service of notice as per order dated 24.04.2023.
In view of the above, the misc. application is also allowed and the appellant is granted three days’ time to take steps for service of notice as per earlier order dated 24.04.2023 of this Tribunal.
