The office report dated 20.12.2023 shows that Rs. 2.52 lacs has been deposited by the appellant towards pre-deposit and no reply has been filed by the Bank to the delay condonation application. Let the same be filed by the next date, failing which appropriate order shall be passed, as the appeal is of year 2020.
