Ld. Advocate Mr. Malay Bhattacharjee along with Ld. Advocate Ms. Sudipa Sengupta is present on behalf of Applicant and files affidavit of service as per order dated 30.03.2023. It is observed from postal tracking reports that services upon Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 are confirmed but service upon remaining Respondent Nos. 3 & 4 are not confirmed.
Ld. Advocate for Appellant states that service upon Respondent No. 3& 4 could not be completed as the Respondent No. 3 has passed away and the Respondent No. 4 which is a private limited company is already closed.
In the meantime as on 05.04.2023 Ld. Advocate for Appellant also completed amendment of Bank’s name in the Misc. application as per order dated 30.03.2023.
Hence, Ld. Advocate prays to place the matter before Hon’ble Chairperson.
