In para Nos. 5 & 6 of order dated 02/12/2022 passed by the undersigned, the next date fixed before Hon’ble Chairperson was erroneously mentioned as 03/03/2023 in place of 03/02/2023. However other contents of the order dated 02/12/2022 will remain unchanged.
Hence, the matter will be placed before the Hon’ble Chairperson on 03/02/2023 as already fixed date vide order dated 14/11/2022.
