Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on the urgency application being I.A. No. 317/2023.
The report of the Registrar dated 21.04.2023 shows that a demand draft no. 739101 dated 13.04.2023 for Rs. 8,94,711/- has been deposited by the appellant towards pre-deposit, which may be kept in the shape of FDR in the nationalized Bank for a period of one year in auto renewal scheme.
For the reason stated in the urgency application, the same is allowed and the date already fixed for 11.07.2023 is preponed to 18.05.2023.
