Advocate for petitioners /appellants represented that settlement talks are in progress and party wants to settle the matter and sought four weeks time. Advocate for R1 bank opposed on the ground that possession is returned back to petitioners/appellants and they failed to comply with conditional order imposed by Tribunal below nor returned back the possession.
