Ld. Counsel submits that, the appellant has deposited Rs. 24,99,500/against the demanded amount of Rs. 25,88,532/- as per demand notice dated 25.08.2017 and therefore the appellant has deposited almost entire amount and therefore appellant may be exempted from the mandatory deposit.
Ld. Counsel also submits that Hon’ble Appellate Tribunal vide its order dated 03.01.2023 in Appeal Dy. No. 1197 of 2022 has allowed the waiver application of the appellant on considering the above mentioned deposit made by the appellant.
