The Appellants have filed M.A. No. 49/2023 for withdrawal of the pre-deposit amount.
The appeal was dismissed for not depositing the entire amount directed to be deposited. The Appellants now seek to withdraw that amount which is deposited by them.
The Respondent has been served with notice and the Respondent has no objection.
Hence, the application is allowed.
The Registry is directed to return the amount together with the accrued interest to Appellant No. 4 on proper acknowledgement.
