THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

The instant Misc. Application is an application for transfer of S.A. 495 of 2022 from the file of DRT-III, Kolkata to DRT-I, Kolkata. Vide notification dated 20th March, 2023 DRT-I, Kolkata has been made in-charge of DRT-III, Kolkata.
Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits there is an urgency in the matter. However, Learned Counsel would be at liberty to make a mention of the same before the concerned Learned DRT.
Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that if the Appellant makes any application before the Learned DRT the same may be moved with prior notice to the Respondents.
Since DRT-I, Kolkata has been made in-charge of the DRT-III, Kolkata, I do not find any force in the Transfer Application being, Misc. Application No. 02 of 2023, which accordingly is dismissed.
