THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Affidavit of service filed by the Appellant is taken on record. It appears that Respondent No. 2, 3 and 4 who are the UCO Bank Kharagpur branch, the Recovery Officer and the authorized officer are served. As far as Respondent No. 1 is concerned, a vague report is given that addressee absent while the addressee is United Commercial Bank. However, even the served Respondents are not present. Recall application along with waiver application is pending. In such circumstances, let a notice be issued by the Registry to the Chairman cum Managing Director of the UCO Bank intimating that despite service, concerned officers are not appearing. Accordingly, notice is being sent so that officer of the Bank may appear and contest the matter.
