The matter is taken up for hearing by way of a praecipe filed by the Appellants for seeking urgent relief.
By order dated 26.07.2023, the Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, Mumbai (D.R.T) was directed to dispose of S.A. No. 97/2020 as expeditiously as possible at any rate within three months from the date of receipt of the order of this Tribunal.
There were certain interlocutory applications which were also directed to be disposed of before the disposal of the S.A. It is submitted by the Applicant that further time is mainly required for the disposal of the S.A. and hence the direction to dispose of the S.A. and the application is extended by a period of two months.
